REQUIREMENTS

The Estonian Outdoor Media Association has established rules for digital outdoor advertising that the digital design must comply with.

The information displayed on outdoor screens (hereinafter referred to as digital posters) must be designed so that it does not disturb, mislead, or distract road users.
Digital posters must not feature high contrast or rapidly changing color combinations. The duration of the digital poster presentation is 10 seconds.
Flashing, shimmering, fast-moving or otherwise disturbing animations/effects/elements are not allowed in the design.
Content that consists entirely of continuous or rapidly moving images or includes switching between digital posters is not allowed. For example, film trailers or TV commercials may not be shown.
Transitions between advertisements must be smooth; internationally recognized fade-in/fade-out, crossfade or similar blending techniques must be used.

The campaign message and design must comply with the laws and advertising requirements of the Republic of Estonia and good practice.

Digiposter OÜ reserves the right to refuse to display any advertisement without the obligation to justify the refusal.
